Instructors (Softball)


Caitlyn Lowry
Caitlyn graduated from Notre Dame High School in 2016. In high school, she was a 3 time all-conference and all-district player. Caitlyn also earned all-state her junior year and all-metro as a freshmen.
Caitlyn graduated from Notre Dame High School in 2016. In high school, she was a 3 time all-conference and all-district player. Caitlyn also earned all-state her junior year and all-metro as a freshmen.
After high school, Caitlyn went on to play division 2 softball at Mckendree University where she was the starting shortstop in every game of her college career. She had a .311 career average and a .941 career fielding percentage. Caitlyn was also the first Mckendree player to receive the GLVC player of the week. Caitlyn led the team in stolen bases as a junior and received 3rd team all-conference as a senior. She also earned Academic All-GLVC every year in college and was a NFCA scholar athlete as a sophomore. Caitlyn played for former Mizzou players Ashley Fleming and Chelsea Thomas and attributes much of her softball acumen to them. Caitlyn graduated from Mckendree in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and minors in sports psychology and criminal justice.
On the coaching side, Caitlyn has done private lessons, been a college trainer for club teams, and instructed at multiple camps throughout college and after.
Outside of softball, Caitlyn enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading, watching documentaries, and going for walks.
Caitlyn will be coaching Premier Sports Academy’s 12u Softball Team and also giving private instruction at the brand new Player’s Edge Performance Facility!

Austine Pauley
Austine graduated from Francis Howell North in 2016. During this time, she was named 1st Team All-State and holds several school records, including home runs and total bases. Austine was inducted into the St. Charles County Amateur Hall of Fame in 2016.

After graduating high school Austine went to Lindenwood University on a scholarship to continue her athletic and academic career. While at Lindenwood, Austine played shortstop and set records in multiple categories including, most home runs, triples, RBIs, slugging percentage, and stolen base percentage. Austine spent three years at Lindenwood and then earned a division 1 scholarship to play softball at Southeast Missouri State where she played third base. Austine graduated from Southeast Missouri State with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. Austine then earned her personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2023.
Outside of softball, Austine enjoys playing sand volleyball slowpitch softball, working out, the outdoors, spending time with family, and puzzles. As an instructor, Austine aspires to help develop athletes’ skills and confidence to perform at their highest level.
Austine will be giving private instruction in hitting, infield, and personal training at the brand new Player’s Edge Performance Facility!
